Mac OSX tip: Remove unwanted books from your iBooks libary
iBooks and Kindle (FREE Kindle Reading App
) are great tools for reading electronic books on your Mac, iPhone, and iPad. The ability to synch across devices make using electronic books easier than ever. But if you are like me, you have amassed quite a collection of unwanted books in your library. Really, are you ever going to go back and read the iPhone version 9.3 iBook? I think not. Here is how to remove them from your iBooks library.
Open iBooks and click the iBooks Store button in the upper left corner.
Click the “Purchased” button on the lower right corner of the iBooks store window. A new window appears showing all of your purchased content.
Find the book you want to remove, hover your mouse over it and click the little circle X in the left hand corner of the icon. Confirm the action and VOILA! I will no longer clutter up your Library.

It is easy to unhide those books too…but for now I just want to get rid of them. What iBooks tips do you know? Share them in the comments below.
